Just south of Salem in the Willamette Valley, La Chouette Vineyard enjoys a picturesque southwest exposure with stunning views of Oregon’s Coastal Range. Set at elevations ranging from 250 to 500 feet, it benefits from warm westward breezes that ensure consistent bud breaks in early April. The upper section of the vineyard was established in the fall of 2007, while the lower sections were completed in the spring of 2020.

My wife and I were recently in the Willamette Valley area of Oregon tasting wines. We came upon La Chouette Vineyard and decided to visit. We did not have an appointment, but were able to get in - and are we glad we did. The tasting area is on the back patio of the estate overlooking one of the most beautiful valleys - absolutely stunning beauty. The wines (Pinots) were delicious - the place is so peaceful and beautiful that we did not want to leave. We highly recommend La Chouette!
Michelle and Ben were amazing hosts. Great selection of tasty wines at a reasonable price. The Estate House is beautifully designed and has breathtaking views of the coast range.
