Evening Land Vineyards

At Evening Land Vineyards, they grow and vinify fine Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Gamay from their historic Seven Springs Estate Vineyard in Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills. Totaling 85 acres under vine; the east-facing vineyard, farmed biodynamically since 2008, was first planted in 1984, and sits atop rocky, volcanic soils. Seven Springs’ advantageous location, exposure, elevation, and vine age combine to produce benchmark Oregon wines. Each Seven Springs bottling corresponds to a specific block or section in our vineyard. All wines are vinified at the winery in Salem, OR, a short 10-minute drive south from the vineyard.
