New to Beaverton, Big’s Chicken is a new venture from four local chefs with a deep love for chicken. Big’s Chicken specialty is Alabama-style chicken that’s smoked, then slathered in a white barbecue sauce that they like to call “white gold.” Enjoy the perfectly crisped chicken, which best enjoyed alongside their house-made coleslaw and signature Jo-Jos.
