Lake Oswego Preservation Society History Center & Museumis housed in the city-owned Iron Company Worker’s Cottage. This building, dating from the 1880s, is the last remaining Iron Worker’s Cottage west of the Rockies. It has two historic designations: National Register of Historic Places and City of Lake Oswego Landmark.
