One of the largest arcades in the world, Next Level Pinball Museum features over 450 pinball machines and arcade games. Decorated floor to ceiling with collectable toys, signed movie items and vintage lunch boxes, it’s nearly 20,000 square feet of pop culture in the Museum. Stop by to spend a few hours or a day with friends and family.

Spent over 6 hours here with my son. Rooms and rooms of pinball and vintage arcade games. Your wristband gets you in and out privileges so you can grab lunch at the food cart or anyplace you like.
We have visited Next Level a few times now, and can’t believe it doesn’t have more reviews. The best entertainment value in the area by far. $22 gets you all day in/out and free play on hundreds of pinball and video games. Also a party/meeting room and an area to sit down and rest. Outside they have a couple of pretty good food carts and a small covered dining area. Pinball machines go back roughly 50 years to present, while video games are classic 80s to present. Everything playable. Really like the fact that most of the pinball machines have profile cards that explain the significance of that particular machine. Great staff that are constantly circulating cleaning and doing machine maintenance, and lots and lots of hand sanitizer stations to keep it clean.

I really don't even know where to begin. The size? Bigger and better layout than Ground Kontrol downtown and a really awesome selection of pinball and video games. I am not a huge pinball fan but it was really cool playing some of the older games like Bobby Orr's hockey in their simplicity and then working your way through the progression to newer games with their bells and whistles (literally). How about the price? Criminally cheap. I really feel like it's a matter of time before the price HAS to go up and I would be OK with that considering the bang for your buck. We spent five hours here and felt like we could've kept going. There's also something psychologically calming about a cover price and then all games are free. I felt I could actually ENJOY the games and appreciate them more without worrying how many rolls of quarters I could would go through. You can just find that game you never beat as a kid and knock it out just because. I never in my life thought I'd beat Michael Jackson's Moonwalker with a bunch of friends while along the way deciding we had to dance every time someone hit the dance button, but here we are. I really feel like this place is very under the radar but sooner or later the word is going to spread and it'll be had to get in. Check it out sooner rather than later!!

No words can do Next Level justice, but I’ll try. $15 gets you an all-you-can-play on hundreds of pinball machines, classic arcade, and state-of-the-art modern games that you’d burn $15 playing with a friend in a matter of minutes at a coin drop arcade. Well-lit and clean, you’ll find lots of couches and chairs to hang out on. Hungry? Check out the food truck outside. If that’s not for you, bring your own food - they encourage it. Take some time to check out the vintage lunchbox and comic book collections that line the walls in between games. Next Level is also an official Stern distributor, so you can buy games here, too. If you’re in the Portland area and have a free day (or even a couple hours) get out there and leave the quarters at home!
