Whispering willows is a nice RCY exchange property. It would be better if the sleeping necessities such as bed mattresses and choice of pillows be upgraded

Nice resort, friendly staff
This resort sits in a quiet town near a golf course (this made my husband very happy) and the staff is wonderful, so check-in was a breeze. The condo we were in appears to have been renovated and the furnishings were nice, comfortable and functional. It was actually pretty warm during our stay and the forced-air cooling unit worked fairly well to keep the condo cool. There were no wine glasses, which I found a little strange, but only a minor complaint. There is a fairly large heated pool and a very nice hot tub and sauna near the office and the gift shop, which had some very nice stuff in it. The bed was comfortable and when we had an issue, the maintenance guy came out fairly quickly to fix it. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We recently stayed in a one-bedroom unit (B3) at Whispering Woods and had a really enjoyable experience. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. While the decor is a bit dated, everything was in great working order and thoughtfully provided. The unit includes a BBQ and outdoor seating, which was perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It also has a washing machine and dryer—super convenient for longer stays—as well as a portable air conditioning unit that kept things comfortable. Whoever is managing this property is doing an excellent job. We felt well looked after and would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone considering a stay. Don’t hesitate to book!

Great Resort
Everyone was very friendly. If you love golf, this is a great course. The clubhouse was quite nice and not crowded. Nice gym (except no dumbbells). We backed up to a green and so there were people going by on the golf cart. The central area of the unit (living/dining room) was a bit overcrowded with furniture and the TV screen was a bit on the small side nowadays. WiFi was spotty (connection would drop frequently, but when it held, it worked well) and cell service equally spotty.

Beautiful Property
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Our unit overlooked beautiful trees and flowers. It was a great place to stay for hiking nearby Salmon River and Mount Hood. Also close enough to go to Hood River and Columbia River Gorge.
