Pricey but worth it
$50 a day for valet and only one pretty expensive restaurant but it’s EXCELLENT. Very nice vibe. Very mood lit and fancy. Clean. A store with lots of healthy options. Stay here if you can afford it. Very nice helpful staff. Valet guys are the best
Not for the business traveler
Cramped rooms, poor workspace, worst closets ever - seriously - had to hang clothes on lamps once requested more than three hangers, no national newspapers on property, no small group public work spaces - simply a poorly designed property for the business traveler. Great staff and great location but can't overcome the basic physical flaws!
Housekeeping manager made experience BAD ! I kept Asking For No Room Service and every time like 5 times or more my door kept getting open by housekeeping including the manager which I spoke to more than 3 times . He was very rude even when I told him extended my stay .
Starting to lose its appeal
The location is great and most of the staff are helpful. We’ve stayed here before multiple times, but noticed some things are slipping with this hotel. First, our bathroom did not have a door for the toilet area. Secondly, the in room dining is very over priced for the quality of food you get. By the time our complete order (took multiple trips to get it right) arrived, our food was cold to the touch. The rooftop bar was great and most of the staff members were very helpful.
Great Hotel With 1 Minor Glitch
Everything was great. Location is very convenient. Fantastic atmosphere. Food was awesome. Parking could be a little hectic during rush hour and you can only valet it, as there's no self parking. The only problem was there was no TV remote control. It was no where to be found for the 2 days I was there.
