Not so pleasant experience
We drove from Southern California to Portland. We had problems from the onset at check-in to check-out. I reserved online through Marriott directly icing my Marriott cc. At the time of check-in the clerk asked for my credit card. He kept saying it was declining. I had zero issues with the hotel we stayed in the night before on our way from California and no issues with our third booking on our drive back to California. So I had to use a different card. The hotel rooms are very spacious but pretty run down and there was trash under our beds. I was traveling with kids and a senior parent and was looking forward to having a full kitchen and not having to eat out as much. We went grocery shopping and later noticed our stuff wasn’t keeping cold. I reported it to the front desk, twice, and the fridge was never fixed. We had over $100 in groceries spoiled. When we checked out I presented the clerk with an e-gift card from Marriott for $400 to use towards the total. My mistake there was not looking at the bill closely before leaving but we wanted to get an early start since we had a long drive back. When I got home I reviewed the bill and noticed they had added the $400 to the total which increased my total by $400 and then credited $400, so zeroing out the credit…no credit applied. When I called the hotel the clerk kept insisting the credit was applied. I had to ask him to go line by line and add up the total cost per night for the stay and then deduct the credit to get the final cost. I kept explaining to them that they charged my card the full amount and did not deduct the $400 so I needed them to credit me the $400 because they had not only charged me the full amount but used up the $400 Marriott e-gift card. After several placing me on hold, dropping my calls, me calling back, they said they fixed it. I get the email with the folio to see that they were still getting it wrong. They tried correcting it multiple times. Needless to say I am still waiting for the credit. They said it takes 3-5 business days for charges and credits to hit but the charges hit my credit card immediately so there’s that. Hoping for a resolution soon.

It's cheap for a reason...
I am usually a Marriott brand fan. There's the standard you can usually rely on, and I don't think I have ever put in any bad word about their hotel before, but I guess there's first to everything. So here we go Pro about this hotel: 1. This hotel has two bedroom room, which doesn't happen always 2. Located in a quiet neighborhood good things stops here... now is the nightmare-ish part Con about this hotel: 1. The place needs serious maintenance-- I can't remember when was the last time I've ever stayed at a hotel with curtain & towels with holes. The bell cart was broken and the bar came off with a push 2. The place is not disability friendly-- all the entrances, except for the front door require a key card to open, yet there's no disabled parking near the front entrance. Two of the disability push button (ADA button)are broken, so some doors are even inaccessible to the disabled people 3. The hotel clerks are friendly at best-- when I was struggling trying to yank the bell cart into the lobby (because they were squeezed tightly together into a corner, and the ADA push button was not functioning so it was very hard to push the cart in while keeping the door open) the front desk just sat there and observed me while playing with her hair. When I asked her about my automatic room upgrade, she looked at me and asked. "Oh! you want a upgrade? I didn't know that"..... 4. Bed not very clean-- One of the comforter had make-up smear on it. I called the front desk to change out the sheets, it took them literally hour to show up. 5. Hot Water pot filled with cold water-- At the entrance, there's pot of hot coffee and water. All of them were pretty much cold. I took a sip of the cold water (God knows when's the last time they changed out the water...) and threw it away

Awesome hotel
The hotel is great and everyone is friendly my complaint is that we only ask for housekeeping two to three times a week and can't seem to get our room clean we have been here since January due to burst pipes and will probably be here till the summer.

Terrible
Very very bad they treat their customers like crap and kick them out over no reason. The room they gave us smelled real bad like ugly food. The sink was plugged and would not drain. The maintenance man thinks he can just walk into anyone's room without them answering the door or anyone being in the room. For all i know when he entered my room i could have been naked in the shower and he entered my room. So please people do not come here unless you want the maintenance man all in your business. Even if you tell the front desk the manager they don't care. SO PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR YOUR MONEY!!!

Home Away From Home
I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the exceptional front office team, particularly Ellie, Maria, and Juan. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. The room was immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was inviting. I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team for providing such outstanding service. Kudos to Ellie, Maria, Juan, and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable. I look forward to returning soon!
