Robert was incredibly helpful with our move in and out, and his warm smile and manner made us feel at home. The entire staff was fabulous and super responsive! The pool and courtyard were clean and excellent also.

Shout out to Robert for a great stay!
Robert at the valet service was excellent! Super friendly, knows how to deliver customer care! I was a bit underwhelmed by hospitality service - they left our fresh towels on the door in front of the room for example, but Robert brought back a smile to our faces and made the stay deserving of a five star rating. Will gladly stay again!

Great choice for downtown Portland
The experience at this hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived at the valet stand. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. The lobby decor is cheerful and the room was very clean and well lit. Lobby dining was convenient and well prepared. Our room was right on the interior courtyard, which itself is a treasure. It is large, beautifully landscaped and has several comfortable seating areas, plus a water feature and fire pit. The valet was very accommodating to our relative who left her car for a short time. Lovely parks are very nearby, as are streetcar connections.
