Do not stay here if you value your life. Stayed here for one night with my friend at the end of our vacation due to the proximity to the airport. The whole experience was a nightmare. The room was disgusting - - stained sheets, hair and crumbs in the bed, used bar of soap in the shower, etc. We ended up choosing the lesser of two evils by sharing the slightly less disgusting bed. As we tried to get a few hours of rest before our early flight, we were woken up throughout the night by disruptive guests screaming and banging on doors. Most of the other guests at the motel were sketchy and awake all hours of the night. The area is also pretty sketchy and there's no effort to provide safety or security to guests. I could go on forever, but trust me, it's not worth saving a few dollars. This Motel 6 will leave the light on for crackheads!
Our bed had cigarette burn holes in both the bottom and top sheet. They gave us an extra set of sheets so we changed the bedding ourselves. There were only 2 flat pillows and we were not able to get any more. It was very noisy with lots of loud banging above us and also noisy in the hall as people kept going in and out if their rooms.
The staff. (Ladies) are amazing. The men that work nights I could do without. Nicole the manager is very outgoing got a great personality and is a wonderful human. Johnna who works evening is just as amazing. And Colette also evenings is just as great. These 3 women became more than just hotel staff they became my friend . Simply with their caring nature and how they strive to make sure you are taken Care of . I miss and love all u ladies you sure made some of the hardest times in my life more bearable and for that I will forever be great full
We’ve stayed here twice. Both times, the rooms were clean and basic—maybe even a little modern. Thing you wouldn’t really expect from this hotel chain, honestly. But after the stay, I realized I likely left my headphones ($200.00-ish Sony earbuds), so I called to inquire. The woman at the front desk who answered the phone was extremely rude. She didn’t even offer to check the lost and found and told me they’d likely have already donated them, obviously anxious to end the call. When I asked to speak with her manager, she said she was a manager. Then I asked for her name. At that point, she literally laughed and hung up on me. I called corporate at that point, beside myself, particularly given the fact that she wouldn’t even CHECK the lost and found. After that call, a manager (an actual manager) called me back. She told me she had just received a message from corporate and was immediately on it, checking every place they could possibly be. After that, she promptly called me back that same day to let me know that she could not find them. Huge bummer, but she actually apologized, was genuinely sorry, and refunded my stay in full. Long story short, this place redeemed itself. We will stay here again, especially for airport trips, but hopefully the woman at the front desk was disciplined and will not give us more issues.
From check in to check out my experience was great! From Jessica at check in who gave us great customer service, to the housekeepers who gave us towels. Everything was excellent and we will be back! The rooms were updated and the beds were comfortable.
