Good budget-hotel for sleeping
This was our 2nd stay. The location is perfect for closeness to airport, however this also includes being in the flight path, and sound of jets overhead (which I personally enjoy). Fortunatly, later in the evening and early morning it did not seem as busy or noticable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and stocked well, with a great variety of foods (yogurt, fruit, bread, waffles, eggs, protein, cereal, etc). The room was clean and nice size, with a micro and mini-fridge. The bathroom could stand to be updated, but also spacious. We were only in the room for sleeping, being gone most of the day, so it worked well. There seemed to be an airport shuttle as well. The staff offered to provide a bagged breakfast for leaving before the dining room opened, upon request (even toasting a bagel for us).

Dissatisfied
Front desk staff did not greet us to check in until they finished a personal conversation. Lobby was dirty and smelled. No one available to help us with our luggage and we had 9 suitcases. My daughter and I had difficulty loading and pushing the luggage trolly. Room not as clean as it should be and only 3 pillows on each bed instead of 4. Front desk took an hour to bring 2 pillows and they didn’t have cases because they didn’t have another person to bring them up and the pillows were not by lobby and no one available to grab them from the other floor. Told front desk when we checked in we needed airport shuttle for 3:30 am ride to the airport and we have luggage. Also called down in the morning to tell them we were coming down with luggage, no one was available to assist with luggage and the shuttle driver almost left without us at 3:28am.

Pleasantly surprised
After reading some bad reviews i was worried, but everything was fine. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, front desk staff was stellar. They even walked outside with me and showed me where to park my truck with boat. Breakfast was average American hotel fare. Pool looked good. Wanted to use hot tub but it was broken (apparently only for 1 day). Definitely a little dated but not bad. Like all hotels of this vintage and level, the trim paint in the bathroom looked like it was painted by a 1st grader and caulking was discolored and peeling in places. Evidence of homeless in the area, but no homeless camps, and the parking area was watched by cameras.

Very bad - we won't be going back
The king bed was NOT comfortable - the mattress was hard, like sleeping on a futon, and had no springiness to it. The bath towels were small and thin - barely enough to get fully dry. While the breakfast was free, there was insufficient food most mornings and Saturday was basically non-existent - as soon additional food was brought out, it was immediately snatched up by the multiple people waiting. When we WERE able to get scrambled eggs and bacon, it was cold. The breakfast area is far too small and only services 10-15 people. The body wash ran out before our stay was complete.
