Staying at the Deluxe

I spent 4 nights at the Hotel Deluxe for the first time this week. I upgraded for $20 to a bigger room and view which I thought was not as accommodating since they weren’t full. Paying for 4 days, getting an elevator room, no view and having to pay $20 a night to upgrade was not very welcoming. I didn’t hear much traffic on my floor all week so I don’t feel I really should’ve had to upgrade to get a decent room. The place was very clean. Pillows are like body pillows and there’s a decent amount of towels to start with. There’s no microwave or mini fridge so the Deluxe name really misses out on giving a deluxe experience with these 2 hotel essentials missing. Otherwise it’s located in decent part of town, just a few minutes walk from downtown. Would definitely stay there again if I am back in the area.

Provide what you advertise

Extremely disappointed the hotel says it has valet parking when we show up we not only have to park our own car no valet but have to pay to park in the hotels structure close to the cost of valet parking at other near by hotels, the rooms where nice the staff great

Tyler was amazing!!

So on my last night I had complaint about my room not being cleaning my entire stay and the tv not working and the heat. But I when i asked for service I said my complaints and Tyler was so amazing. He got me a space heater. He took some charges off and he was very apologetic to the service that I got before him and I really appreciate him and that’s what makes me want to come back is just for him. you need to give him a raise because he’s amazing.and the other man james was horrible and rude!!

Luxurious stay at the Hotel Deluxe

Meets the requirement of the four B's: Bed, Bathroom, Breakfast, and Bar. Hotel was very clean, reception was warm at the front desk, as well as at the bar and brunch restaurant attached. The ambiance is upscale with a nod to old Hollywood everywhere. The room was comfy and clean, room service after 3 days of stay was nice but not needed. Water was hot instantly and the shower head was tall enough for my 6'3" to not have to stoop. If I had to find a fault with the stay is that the tub drained slowly so even in a shower the feet got a soak...which isn't half bad. $15 discount for breakfast daily was much better than your standard continental, good variety of options to choose from. The pickled peppers on the avocado toast were phenomenal, and the bacon fried rice was defeinitely orderd more than once during my stay.

Fabulous hotel

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!! My stay was wonderful, and my room was very comfortable!! Gracies restaurant is excellent...every meal was A+ and the atmosphere was perfect! The hotel has an elegant old Hollywood esthetic...the decor details couldn't be more glamorous
