Very nice but AC not working.
The suite was clean and well appointed, however the air conditioning was not working and sounded like idling truck. Front desk staff indicated they would pass along our concerns.

Best Portland airport hotel.
Immaculate, friendly and quiet. This was our first stay here and it was perfect for our night before our early flight. Staff was super helpful and ensured we had everything needed for a family with young kids. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent airport property
This is our go-to hotel near the Portland airport. It is immaculate. Front desk is always super helpful. Leith is always there when we stay --I don't think she ever goes home. Rooms are always perfect. We'll see you next time we're in Portland.

Very nice
Breakfast was awesome. While therewas no fruit, the meats and eggs were great. The room was fine and very quiet. Parking is no longer free, but front desk honored their app's free parking promise. Very close to the airport, definitely would stay here again

Shuttle is unreliable
When I book an airport hotel, I'm only looking for 2 things. 1) a clean room, and 2) a shuttle to and from the airport. And breakfast. Three things. The website advertises that there is a free shuttle from early in the morning to 10 pm, but that is no longer the case. It is not entirely clear whose responsibility it is to find transportation if the shuttle is not available. Of the 4 times I needed the shuttle, it was available twice. One time the receptionist told me there was no driver (at 8:00 am on a Saturday), and I'd have to get an Uber. Download the app, set up account, find a ride... and then my Uber driver got lost in the airport parking lot... And I had to pay for it. And then the last time I needed the shuttle, I made sure to let the reception desk know in advance. They called a Lyft and had it ready at the time I requested - paid for by the hotel. So my advice to anyone reading this is to make sure you get your transportation through the hotel (whether it's shuttle or Lyft or Uber) so that they pay for it. Or go to a hotel that really does have free transportation. As for the rest, the room was clean and the breakfast was standard hotel fare.
