Repair properly or get out of the hotel business.

Huge rooms. Very clean. I dropped a star from this hotel for the three things I have pictured here. In my opinion, if you are not going to fix things properly, then don't own a hotel. Ridiculous that a hotel this nice would make repairs like this.

Clean, modern hotel on light rail near PDX. Highly recommed!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Portland Airport, Cascade Station, while on a college trip with my daughter in February, 2025. This is my second stay at this hotel and during both stays I was impressed with the clean modern rooms, helpful staff, and excellent location. Let me take this opportunity to commend the front desk agents Aron, and Aaron who were both extremely professional and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was a king suite which had a nice living room area, on one end, with a couch and a chair. The bed was clean and comfortable. This hotel is right on the light rail and we took the light rail back from the airport after turning in our rental car. Also, the shuttle runs from 4:00 AM until after midnight. In fact, I was able to turn my rental car in early and take a shuttle to the airport at 4:00 AM for a 6:30 AM flight. We walked to the Cascade Station shopping area to find a place to eat dinner, after turning in our rental car, and there are many options within walking distance. Also, there is a Target one block away. Portland has a large homeless population and I would not recommend walking at night.

Convenient, Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities!

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to start the day right. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and the beds were super comfortable. The property itself was spotless and very well-maintained. Its proximity to the airport was a huge plus, and the free shuttle service, running every 30 minutes (with pre-booking required). Highly recommend !

Best holiday inn express

I rated it because of location near PDX airport. It’s very clean, rooms were clean, beds were so comfortable, and free continental breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to visit. I would stay again.
