Very Convenient

The hotel is close to some fantastic eateries including Thai, Vietnamese, pizza and a wonderful French bakery. The homeless encampments were not an issue; the closest one was maybe five or six blocks away. Felt perfectly safe walking in the neighborhood at night. The breakfast was the regular hotel fare...nothing special, but then again, I did not have high expectations. It was nice to have the Keurig in the room. Room was clean, lots of towels. Staff was hardworking.

Convenient Location

Had a great 2 night stay here. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The neighbourhood felt safe (though there is a homeless encampment not far away). My room was clean and comfortable. The busy road outside was a bit loud, but it was tolerable. I would stay here again.

Pleasant stay

Stayed at the HIE back in June for a business trip because I had to cover a Portland Timbers match against Colorado Rapids. Just a short drive and you are right at the Providence Park. Check in went smoothly and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It matched my expectations!

Pleasant Motel Stay

My check-in went smoothly and the staff was able to answer my questions about the area. The lobby and elevators were clean and well lit. My room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable and everything in the room worked! The room was well appointed and there was a good supply of towels and toiletries. The hot/cold breakfast choices very quite adequate and the coffee was fresh and hot! There is adequate on-site parking. This motel is on the edge of an industrial section of town but, there are also older houses nearby and eateries down the street. There were many homeless encampments nearby but, there was never a problem with the people.

Great place

My experience here was wonderful, every-time I get off work one of the workers name Eliza would greet us.. She took care of all my needs & never hesitate about anything for me.. the hotel was nice and clean the breakfast was delicious.
