Beautiful hotel, pool, gym, give tv, and breakfast. And... the worst bed ever. I moved the comforter to the floor to sleep, my baby didn't mind the bed, slept like a baby.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Everything perfect! Clean, big screen TV, luxurious bed, quiet. Huge problem: You adjust your temp (we like it cool) and go to sleep! Soon, you wake up. Everything has shut off! No AC, no fan, no nothing. You kick off the luxurious quilted covers, and lay there and sweat! It was awful! Do not stay until they adjust these insidious thermostat sensors that cannot distinguish between an empty room and sleeping guests!

Beware bogus charges on your visa!
As a long term Hilton Honors Club member I always stay here a couple of times a year. It's a nice hotel but a couple of years ago, post covid they introduced a $10 parking fee in an attempt to get extra revenue. I have a large vehicle so I always park on the street and walk the literally extra 10 feet into the lobby. No big deal. They have had a change of staff, the person who used to work on the front desk for the last few years always asked are you parking on the street and never asked for my credit card for "incidentals" is no longer there. When I checked in March 11th, my room was pre-paid up front to get a good rate but the person on reception asked for a $20 hold on my card for "incidentals" promising it would automatically drop off in the morning. Did not ask where I parked. So I get home, check my visa and there it is. A $10 charge for something I did not use! I had to spend 1/2 an hour of my time on the phone to Hilton to get the $10 refunded. The staff here need proper training, if you are going to charge customers for parking... you need to ask them if they are actually using the parking lot!

We had two rooms over the Christmas holiday - and I have to say - the front desk staff went above and beyond. We were able to check-in early, they blocked our rooms side by side even without us asking, and even moved them to a different two rooms next to each other when I explained my Uncle needed as short of a walk as possible. Honestly, can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the girl at the front desk was, wish I could remember her name! It's a nice hotel, but their service was five star!

Nice Stay
We stayed here on our trip back to Portland from CA. It was the cheapest hotel in the area I could find, had plenty of parking, right off the Interstate for easily getting to/from. Room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. AC worked perfectly.
