Amazing experience at the cafe/art gallery!
I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I had an amazing experience at the little cafe/art gallery in the lobby! The coffee was great but the hospitality was top notch. I needed a space to meet with some collaborators in regards to an upcoming staged reading, and this cute and air conditioned café just off North Park Blocks was perfect. I'll definitely be back.

Extremely comfortable and lux room
Everything was beautifully set up in the room. Felt so luxurious, there was a heated towel rack on the wall, the accessible bathroom shower was so spacious and nice. The room even had robes and a steamer 🤩🤩. I've paid more $$ for less - this was definitely worth every penny and I would absolutely book again 👍🏻

One of the worst hotels I have ever been the management and the staff have no idea what industry they are in and have obviously never heard of the word hospitality. They are not only rude but also unapologetic about gross negligence such as cleaning the rooms, broken simple amenities such as window blinds. I actually never took the time before in any of my stays to write any reviews (neither bad or good) but this one is definitely “exceptional” and deserved an “expection”. No honesty these people (management and staff) are amateurs and rude ones. Their rooms are dirty. It would be difficult to be worst.
