Updated and well maintained
This was a clean and well maintained property. Room was comfortable. Jake at the front desk gave us one of the best welcomes I’ve had in a long time. There is a nice brewery near by and the pizza is great.

SAFE Good Location! Modern Clean Nice Hotel with Friendly Staff
SAFE good Location! Hotel is modern and clean. Friendly front desk. Good pool/hot tub. Nice rooms/bath. Good beds & pillows. Good elevator. Good free breakfast. Parking lot has Security Vehicles for extra safety. Fridge has NO freezer section and was NOT cold. But ICE machine in hallway. Internet good. Please Note: we spent our 1st nite in DOWNTOWN Portland at a boutique motel. Unfortunately TOO many homeless and cars were broken into. Thus moved to this SAFE Motel in the suburbs.

Dumpy
Good service, good housekeeping, poor maintenance and construction. This place it like a high mileage car with more bondo than metal. It’s just dumpy looking, odd out of place fixtures, and poorly executed construction. Fans not working in bathroom, mold growing. Lumpy beds. Just the physical nature of the place is poor and it’s not the workers fault here.

Nice, clean property. Good, easy check in. The room was nice, with comfortable bed and pillows. Very modern feel. The bathroom was very nice with all the amenities expected. Nice large tv in the room with a good thermostat for the AC. The breakfast was good with a good choice of items.

Staff or Owner do not care about Guests
The power went out during our stay. Right after we left for the day to visit grandma. We come back later in the evening to find out everything is shut down. No access to our belongings. No notifications or contact from staff. We had to check in hourly to find out when they decided check for power and show up. When we finally got into the lobby, we were asking what was going on why was NO ONE notified as a group of 10+ ppl were trying to get into their room the first night we were locked out. So, we told them we would like refunded for stay and going to our room to grab belongings and leave. 3rd floor... door keys don't work. Staff says 'oh yeah, I have to badge you in" didn't even care to mention that before took the stairs. I get they cannot control a power outage, but they can control alerting ppl that they will not have a warm place to stay nor access to their belongings for who knows how long via email or phone. Booked for 3 days slept there for 1 night. Never heard back from owner or staff about refunding anything. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN.
