Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. But we had to walk next door to the neighboring hotel for dinner. Normally not a problem, but one of our group had trouble walking even that far. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty for breakfast, but the bacon was definitely undercooked, and the scrambled eggs were cold. I think the serving container could have been heated up a bit. But we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location to PDX. We used the park and fly package. We didn't use the breakfast or workout room, so I can't comment. Both shuttle drivers were excellent. Very accommodating in helping assist my mom-n-law. I would stay again and recommend them.

A simple stopover but you might hear EVERYthing in the adjacent room
I checked in after landing from a long international flight, an overnight stop on my way home. I had tried to obtain a digital key from the app but still needed to present ID at the front in order to get in...no worries, they didn't judge my jetlagged self. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa and small table on which to eat my DoorDash meal, since I was too exhausted and scraggly to venture out among the more awake peeps. I retired to bed at 8pm (7 hours behind the time zone I'd just left), and enjoyed a solid start to my snooze until I was startled awake around midnight to what I thought was the sound of a woman in trouble. The screams! Once I was fully conscious I realized what was actually going on in the next room. Oh my, she was okay alright. I guess kudos to the guy on being apparently that good? DANG those walls are thin. I could even hear one of them soft snoring when they were finished. A nice hotel as long as your neighbors are as tired as you are...unfortunately mine were not.

Excellent stay, superb staff, clean rooms!
Phenomenal stay, excellent staff, nice breakfast in comfortable clean rooms. Staff is exceptional and Theresa made our stay extra special. Hotel is a short drive to many local attractions and downtown Portland - very highly recommended hotel!!

Clean Safe Pleasant Place to stay at the PDX Airport
I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the last year and found it to be a good option at the PDX airport. I took advantage of the Stay N Fly Package, leaving my car parked in their lot while on trips, riding their shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle ride to the terminal is about 5-7 minutes & runs 24/7. My rooms have been clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Good water flow in the shower. The included breakfast is acceptable, but not what I would order at a regular restaurant. This hotel is unusually close to the terminal as it is one of the very few hotels located on the airport grounds. This means the Port of Portland Police are keeping an eye on the area, unlike the other hotels just outside the airport grounds. I will be staying here again in the future.
