Great staff
Staff is extremely nice and professional. The room was clean. The waffles are always a plus! Over all great experience here compared to others we’ve stayed at this week. We went To the breakfast room towards the end, food was almost out and manager insisted on making more.

Needs an update!
This hotel is very old and doesn't look like it does in the pictures. They do not have any pantry to purchase any snacks or items you need like other Comfort Suites. The beds are a mattress on a platform, no box spring and uncomfortable. The hotel itself is dirty, we had a coffee stain splattered on the wall! Brown rings in the toilet, a stain maybe? Peeling wallpaper throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, but NOT worth what I paid at all! I do not recommend staying here!

Nice hotel. Would stay again.
My wife and I stayed here for two nights when we came to Portland. The room was large a d had a couch and chair and coffee table in addition to two queen beds. The breakfast spread was solid. Only issue we had was that our room was not made up while we were out on day one. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a good location for the right price.

MANAGER WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR OVER TWO WEEKS!
I had absolutely the worst experience with this hotel. Upon check in, I had let the front desk know that the toilet was not flushing correctly. They sent someone up to simply unclog the toilet and leave a plunger for us. They did not fix the issue at all. I didn’t mind too much because we weren’t in the room most of the time anyway, so I just left it at that. At our last night before check out, I went to use the restroom and The toilet literally overflowed after ONE flush. I called the front desk once more, they took their time before coming up to help us. It was flooding quickly into the room and onto the carpet and even reached our suitcases. They offered to move us rooms, but because it was our last day we declined. They had finally fixed the toilet and it was now flushing properly, so I didn’t see a reason in moving rooms at all. I was so shocked after checking out, as I checked my bank and I was charged $250 from “flooding damages”. How is any of that my fault? The charge was completely unwarranted, so I called the front desk. They told me that I would have to wait 2 WEEKS!! To get a hold of a manager to refund the charge. I patiently waited the two weeks, called back and they said THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE MANAGER WILL BE BACK. They got my number and said they could give me a call when he arrives. This was completely unacceptable service, as I had already waited 2 weeks just to be told to continue waiting. I called daily afterwards, each time they stated the manager was not on shift. Today I called and no one picked up the phone at all!! I understand I may be annoying to the front desk… but I need my money! $250 is so much. I got fed up and had to dispute my claim with my bank. Hopefully I receive my money back… this service was so disheartening. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL!!!

Everything what traveller needs
We spent one night there before travelling to the airport. It was fully booked and we got king bed room with jacuzzi which in our view was crazy as it was part of the room. We didn't use it and we think it should be part of the bathroom as can make room "wet and steamy".Room was big and clean, bed OK but everywhere were signs of need to uplift it , like the wallpaper was peeling on a few places and wooden furniture was dated. Fridge and coffe machine as well as microwave were there. Breakfast was included in the price (we paid 164 dollars). We didn't like that on the table was envelope asking guests to give "appreciation" to the staff which should be proper paid by the owner - customers are not employing the hotel staff!!
