Adequate sleep but was breakfast was poor.
We we're going to stay multiple nights, left after one. The room was smelly, gave us scratchy throats and the hall had a smell. Turned on the window cooler air to constant and after a few hours was better. The BREAKFAST was poor! Said it was from 6-9AM, went down at 8AM and they had bagels, biscuits w/gravy, some apples, and apple and orange juice. There was an empty mini cooler, but there was nothing in it. Not the breakfast offerings that others have said. It's gone downhill if they were better in the past. The road noise wasn't too bad with the cooler fan on continuously, but a back of the hotel room would be better. Had cracks in our sink. The beds were comfortable enough and the under hotel parking was nice.

Could Been a Ton Better
For the most part, it wasn’t terrible. It was pretty clean…ish. The room was fine except for the manor issue of the insulation is terrible. There is no noise reduction. You can hear the traffic outside which constantly would wake you up between 3:30-4 am. Every. Day. The space under the door was over 1 inch. You could hear every conversation in the hallway. The cleaning ladies loved to open up the window in the hall every day this allowing more traffic noise into the hotel. Stay away from the first floor (which is actually the second floor), you’ll smell cigarettes and pot. Even though there are signs up, nothing changed. The stairwell smelled like pot often as well. There is a door the leads outside to the covered parking which only lets you put but not in. There’s a sign that say if you’re staying there a prop it open you’ll be kicked out and your money kept. Except, it was propped open and nothing happened. The covered parking isn’t very tall. It is pointless.

Just warning people about where they stay. This place says they places there local on 1st.Floor and customer on the 2nd
We were moved 2 times to different rooms 1 room A/C didn’t work. 2nd room, bathroom had a leak said it was fixed but nope worse the 2nd night, said they would move us to a better room on 2nd floor, nope never happened. Just moved us 2 doors down. The guy at the front desk when we were getting the key cards for the new room was so rude I wanted to slap him across the face. But I kept my composure and dealt with the manager the next morning. Which he just said he look into it. There was one decent guy there that checked us in, and was really nice, his name I think was Scott. But everyone else forget it! They said the first floor rooms were for the local people and the second floor was for customers. Well we were customers and they put us on the first floor, with holes in the blankets from cigarettes, and all the (locals) when they had better rooms up stairs. Which we paid for!!! So ya, you have some pretty pissed off people here!! Being bounced from room to room. After driver 2 1/2 days from North Carolina and being treated like a yo-yo. In your hotel..

Our last night was very scary here
This hotel seemed like a great deal at first .first few nights where wounderful the staff was great Scott who was from England was funny and nice then Jay at night was sweet and helpful. And I talked to there manager singing there praise then on our last night every thing changed. but our last night I came down and went n grabbed some thing from my car and went back up to our room and my key to my room didn't work .so came down stairs to get a new key . And two obviously homeless people where sitting in the lobby and front desk work was no where to be found. I really didn't feel safe I picked up the phone near the front desk like a sign at the front desk said to do and finally a guy ( a different Scott ) answered and sounded like he just woke up . Scott then comes out the rest room and was obviously sleeping or high I couldn't tell .but this guy working the front desk was sleeping in his car in the parking lot just a few hours ago I brought it up to a house keeper which I don't know if they under stood me when I told them .but now his working the front desk so he made me a key I ran back upstairs to our room where my husband was cause I did not feel safe at this hotel any more . We checked out early the next morning and when we checked out the same guy Scott was working and had to call him on that phone again n he was in the bathroom again he didn't have breakfast out n it was 6:15 he mumbled he was running late which was no problem cause we ate our first two days here but didn't really trust breakfast now .

An underrated find at a reasonable price
I ran into a glitch because of illness with a third-party booking agent. The booking agent refused to work with me after I had to cancel my reservation. Frustrated, I called the hotel directly and explained the situation. Jim and the staff at the hotel were immediately and completely helpful. The matter was completely resolved, and I ended up staying at the Inn. I don’t understand negative reviews of this hotel. I have now stayed there more than several times, and I’ve always found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The facility is always impeccably, clean, and comfortable to stay in. The only possible negative is the location near a major highway, but you were going to run into that at most places you stay. I will be forever grateful for my most recent experience with this hotel, and highly recommend it. I will not hesitate to stay there again.
