Phenomenal. Will definitely return
This hotel is elegant, simple, and beautiful. We were shocked when we found this place! It has an amazing restaurant, beautiful lobby with a koi fish pond, all the details are elegant! The onsen soaking tubs are beautiful and relaxing. Nothing like it around here. HIGHLY recommend.

A true spirit of Japanese hospitality
If you are in search of a hotel with a clean, unique, modern Japanese ambience and hospitality, this hotel is the one. The only one of its kind in the PNW region. The exquisite food, a pleasant demeanor of the garçon at the restaurant, hotel staff with positive spirit with cultural manners are hard to come by elsewhere. Our one night stay was highlighted by the Onsen bath, the gift shop, and the Japanese breakfast with a grilled salmon, a miso soup, and a steamed rice along with some eggplant pickles. The Eggs Benedict was the one of the best, my husband says. I’m originally from Japan and have lived in US for over 20 years. This hotel reminds me of how a modern hotel with a high rating in Japan is really like. We both have agreed that that was one of our best hotel experience in North America.

Hospitality prioritised
What an amazing hotel, maintained with the meticulous attention to detail that only a Japanese establishment can offer. The sake bar and onsen bath are the cherries on top. What makes this place special though are the people. Mona, Danielle and Aden are the real front of house here and make you feel like a part of the family from the moment you meet them. Cedartee, your recruitment team deserves a raise, they truly embody the spirit of this place.

Perfect hotel experience!
Beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of wonderful Japanese-themed highlights, including an amazing, do-not-miss Sake bar. Fellow Americans, leave your American sensibilities at the door. Don’t request a margarita. Learn about Sake from the knowledgeable attendant and revel in the experience. I can’t wait to go back! If I had to make one critique, it would be that the hot water in the shower could be hotter. Fine for me but my wife was unhappy. The room itself was excellent. 10+++
