  Don't use Booking.com..

  I used Booking.com to make my reservations, and when I went to check in at the hotel, the reservations were all messed up. Luckily Sarah N. was working the front desk to help me. She was patient and so kind to me. She fixed booking.coms problem for me and put me in a room right away. Great customer service!!

  Best time ever!!!

  Best time ever.Pool was excellent. Rooms were awesome.The workers were great.Very clean and beds were comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.The breakfast was amazing and plenty of food too.We had plenty of amenities in the room .

  Nice; but over priced

  A/C and heater in the room were great. Breakfast buffet was nice; when food ran low it was immediately replaced. Friendly staff. Good location. Comfortable beds. Larger than normal rooms. Pool looked nice. Apparently there was an incident that occurred that involved several police cars to arrive. It would have been nice if the staff would have told us that everything was ok or to return to our rooms....

  2 awesome employee's

  Amber at the front desk was awesome. Nice big smile when we arrived. Kathy in the breakfast area was also awesome always asked us if we needed anything with a smile. Other than those 2 there was no smiles from anyone. Asked for our bed to be made 1 day with more towels she brought the towels but didnt make our bed and emptied the trash. The pool was very nice
