The room keys almost never worked. had a long line outside front desk at one point for all guests who couldn't get into their rooms or elevators. Staff was nice and friendly . water refill was almost always empty ..coffee vanished at 7 am . no refills.

Just an absolutely outstanding visit to this hotel. Staff was great across the board, but the breakfast staff was amazing. Particularly Alyssa as she did such an excellent job and went above and beyond the call of duty. Really appreciated the friendliness and how attentive the staff was. Can't wait to go back!!!

A Family Reunion to Remember!
We stayed at the Hyatt Centric for a family reunion. The hotel was clean, modern and in a perfect location for walking to downtown restaurants. I worked with Samika Hoyt to plan our reunion, which included coordinating rooms for all of our extended family members, figuring out parking for our group and reserving and setting up the Pettygrove banquet room for a catered family dinner. Samika was wonderful to work with! She was kind, responsive, flexible and so willing to answer the numerous questions I had as they came up and worked with my family members as well. Because of her dedication to our family, we all had a wonderful experience. Thank you Samika and the front desk and restaurant staff for making our reunion a positive and memorable one.
