Our stay was great from the moment we pulled up until departure. We had a fantastic room that was comfortable, spacious, and had a spectacular view of the city. I love the feel of this boutique hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The meeting room we had for our workshop was was a wonderful space that fit our needs perfectly. I would easily stay there again and highly recommend Dossier.

Phenomenal Staff and Service
I booked the penthouse suite for 10 ladies to get ready for my daughter’s vow renewal/wedding. The staff was phenomenal from the day I booked this suite until we were checked out. They went above and beyond.

This hotel has a very good location downtown, with public transit stations within two blocks, so commuting to and from the airport is easy! The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant has good food, daily happy hour and very good service.

Mediocre hotel experience in outdated facility. Pretentious valet parking that lets you park your own car. Mediocre food in restaurant.

Great customer Service
Super friendly and helpful front desk staff (Becca and Sophie). They actually seemed to genuinely want to make sure you had a good Portland experience.
