We had the pleasure of staying at the Carlton Inn with Joka. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel very welcome and special. The Inn was lovely and clean, with a lot of Dutch influences representing Joka's heritage. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! The Inn is a short walk from the Willamette valley village of Carlton. which although small has an exceptional number of eateries and wine tasting rooms. We used the Inn as a base to explore Wine country in Oregon and recommend the Resonance winery for some truly great wines and cheese pairings. Also check out Cuvee restaurant and Park & Main in the village for high quality food options. Thank you Joka and Keiff!

Excellent Inn with a delightful host
Joka, the Dutch Innkeeper, had many stories to share, but the real value was the morning breakfast - amazing hot breakfast. One morning a cheese souffle and poached cinammon pears and another day a pasta salad with basil and burrata and salmon on toast. My sister, bro-in-law and myself shared the Yamhill-Carlton Suite, with me in the "child's room" - a twin bed room off the main bedroom. Perfect for a family with a child or a single adult like me to save money.

Wonderful stay at The Carlton Inn B&B
The Carlton Inn is a fabulous B&B! Joka, the Innkeeper, was attentive to all the details of my visit, including making me a delicious vegetarian breakfast. The Inn itself is very comfortable and I would highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Home Away From Home
My wife and I visit the Carlton area once or twice each year. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere but The Carlton Inn B&B. Joka and Keefe are like family - so gracious and welcoming. The accommodations are top notch - and the Dutch breakfasts are among our life memories. And - an added bonus to each stay at The Inn is the chance to meet other fascinating guests who are enjoying the same wonderful experience.

Love this location, owners and overall hospitality
Loved our stay at this Bed and Breakfast. We love the wine in the Carlton area and had to alter our travel plans at the last minute. I was searching for a place to stay in or near Carlton and found this B&B. I called and the owner was very helpful in making room for us for one night on very short notice. Our room was lovely, Bed very comfortable, the food was amazing and the husband and wife owners were absolutely wonderful people. The location of the B&B is great - right in town and walking distance to a super yummy bar/restaurant which the owner recommended to us. We enjoyed the evening out after a long day of travel with good good, wine and live music. We we certainly be back and hoping to stay longer next time we are in the area.
