Great experience! Portland is a vibrant city with friendly people and a culturally rich environment with well designed buildings and neighborhoods filled with historic housing. It's public transportation system rivals those found in Europe.

Gotta tell ya folks, all the media and social chatter you hear and read about the “sidewalk entertainment” on the streets of downtown Portland is true. One Uber driver said they have 10,000 homeless. Even if it’s half, or even half of that, wow - it’s not pretty. Too bad really, Portland has the bones to be a very nice city.

Best way to tour Portland
Eric was great. Even though I had seen most of the sights, my family had not. Good info, fun facts. I have been to many of the eating places he recommended and he was spot on. Highly recommend even if you think you know Portland!
