Stolen Bikes/Average sites
This park is very average. Feels like most sites here are for permanent residents…!? But the worst part is our friend’s bikes were stolen from their truck while locked! Thieves clipped the truck bed straps and lifted both bikes out while still locked together. Super disappointed. Clean facilities but not a very pretty campground

TOTAL RIPOFF IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL!!
I made a reservation here for one night. I needed to cancel it, and I gave them over a month's notice. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ANY OF MY DEPOSIT. I can see keeping a small fee - but the entire thing?? Who does that?? They talk about how popular they are, so they're probably going to re-rent the space and get double the money for it now. Traveling with your pet Lab or your Golden Retriever? Better read the fine print - and there's A LOT OF IT! Dogs over 50 pounds are NOT ALLOWED!! Don't reward greed and crappy management, and don't believe the "pet friendly". STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Poor security, theft is rampant, very noisy.
Park is clean & neat, and well maintained but no amenities. Very noisy due to road, and especially airport traffic. Worst of all, no security, no gate. Our 2 e-bikes were stolen from the back of our car, in spite of locks and cover. My dash cam showed thief worked almost 30 min to remove bikes & ride them out the ungated entrance. The morning after, multiple guests indicated this happens frequently, pointing to the numerous homeless camps in the area.

Management does nothing about loud weekenders and skateboarders
Your bike will be stolen, you will have to put up with drunken guests partying all night, you will have numerous kids treating the park as a skateboard park doing tricks and being very loud slamming the board over jumps 10 feet from your living room all hours of the day. and all day. The management does nothing. Garbage areas are not cleaned and the understaffing leaves you waiting for long periods to get help or to get signed in.

No wifi; management does not seem to care
We stayed here for three nights in September. When we made the reservation, we asked in the wifi was good because we both had work to do. When we arrived, there was no wifi. Someone in the office tried to help us but after she verified that both of our newer Mac computers and two year-old iphones could not pick up a signal, she said we should try again later. We finally found that by sitting in the literal street and holding the computer over our heads, we could get our work to load, then bring it down and work for a bit, then hold it above our head to send. We complained again the next day. Staff was indifferent and basically shrugged it off. Finally they said we could change spots. We went to two different spots with our phones and computers and still no connection. When we checked out the people in the office basically said, don't complaint o us, email management. I emailed them and they never replied. We had a very unsatifactory time. Even if wifi had been working, this park is surrounded by homeless encampments and has both loud jet (the airport is very close) and freeway noise. It is basically a parking lot with bathrooms and showers. In three days we did not see any access or view of the river. Many of the residents appear to be permanent. I would not go here with children.
