Wonderful historic seamen's bar in Astoria - very atmospheric, but upbeat vibes hanging out with the locals. The staff was very friendly, and they had a good selection of drinks and draft beer. Conveniently located right across the parking lot from the Holiday Inn Express. We would definitely visit again!

Great service!
Went to Workers Tavern and was dissatisfied with the service so we crossed the street and tried Triangle Tavern and they didn't disappoint.

This is the closest youll get to a proper bar ! you have working life in Astoria under the lens. The bar is well stocked as it should be it is clean and functional. it has the memorabilia of the people who frequent it, NOT the area or things to do, the bar is about its customers and they are colourful. I could have sat and people watched all night however not my wifes cup of Tea. while we were there a guy won something on one of the network slot machines. The guy was delighted and bought everyone a drink, I politely declined saying we weren't regulars but they wouldn't hear of it. friendly functional place, they serve beer, take the mick and you cant fail to smile.
