As Newberg’s first and only escape room, they're starting small— but like a great game or puzzle, they want you to have so much fun that the experience draws you back for more. Right now, they offer one full escape room and one portable escape "box", but as the community grows, Cornered Escape Rooms.

While visiting my daughter and her husband with my spouse, the four of us successfully escaped in just under 47 minutes. This was my first time in an escape room, and it was a lot more fun than I expected. We generally worked in teams of two, and all of us came up with various solutions to the 'Loco Motive' puzzles--stopping a runaway train that could have been designed by Doc Brown from Back to the Future. Of the four of us, only my wife had been in an escape room earlier, and she mentioned this one was much more complex, and much more fun than the other.
