A Swiss-German festival in Oregon's "Little Alps"- Beer, Brats, Live Music, Dancing, and Fun for all Ages.
This year's schedule has concerts and indoor performances across several days and venues, and an outdoor Alpenfair.
Concerts/performances:
- Sept 24 in Lostine: live music, awesome pizza, and a fun atmosphere. Free admission
- Sept 25 in Enterprise: live music, great food, and delicious Alpenfest beer. Free admission
- On Sept 26 & 27 at the Joseph Community Center: A three-hour live performance by some of the greatest Swiss-German artists in the Northwest. Featuring The Polkatones, The Tirolean Dancers, and Alphornists Phil & Gayle Neuman. Fun for the entire family. Authentic German food & drink available. This portion is ticketed.
Alpenfair is a multi-day outdoor celebration of German-Swiss culture. German food & beer, live music, games for kids, and handmade crafts from around the Northwest. Oregon's Alpenfest in the spectacular Wallowa Mountains has been entertaining visitors and locals in Swiss-Bavarian style since 1975.
