Baker City Downtown (BCD) presents Twinkle in Time, Baker's weekend-long suite of events and activities to launch the beginning of the holiday season. Twinkle in Time includes the annual Cookie Crawl and the annual Festival of Trees.
Twinkle also includes the Twilight Parade and Tree Lighting in Court Street Plaza, organized by the Baker County Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau; Make-and-Take holiday activities, organized by Crossroads Carnegie Art Center, Inc; Pictures with Santa & Letters to Santa, organized by the Baker City Kiwanis; as well as the 4-H Holiday Bazaar, organized by OSU Extension Baker Co. 4-H Oregon.
