We’ll answer these questions and more in this hour-long class while enjoying a tasting of five wines paired with delicious cheese and charcuterie.
Beth Richman, WSET Level 3 & CSW, will lead the conversation and tasting as you explore the history of the wine industry in the valley and taste through a wide variety of wines from three different sub-AVAs – Ribbon Ridge, Dundee Hills, and Yamhill-Carlton. You’ll walk away with a deeper appreciation for the Willamette Valley and maybe even a bottle or two of a new favorite!
