What an absolute hidden gem in Bend, Oregon. We came through on a road trip and gave it a try since a few people in our group are whiskey enthusiasts. First I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful this little distillery is and then the whiskey! One of my new favorite brands. My favorite was the rye bottle in bond. The staff was very informative and helpful. I am happy to know I can pick up more back home at total wine. Don’t miss out on this place!

Awesome people and the whiskey is amazing!
The distillery is clean and the staff is amazing! Try the barrel aged maple syrup, it is awesome!!! Brad is phenomenal and you would never know he is the owner, so nice and friendly. The entire staff is just as friendly and fun. The Eaves Blind bourbon is one of the best liquors I have ever tasted and all the liquors are great...and the prices are more than fair especially for products of this quality. Can't wait to go back and see what they have next time. DO NOT MISS THE OPPORTUNITY!

Nice tasting!
Nice place for some tasting, if you like bourbon, gin whiskey. The service is great and the place is nice. Highly recommend this place for tastings after a long hike or relaxing day.

Awesome place!
My husband had the opportunity to try their bourbon at a Total Wine store, so we decided to stop in during our visit to Bend and we were not disappointed. Shelley was very knowledgeable about all of their bourbons and other spirits. My husband ordered a flight and I was able to get a cocktail made with their vodka, also very tasty. We enjoyed our visit so much and enjoyed hearing about the history or the company and what items they have coming out soon. I would highly recommend visiting this distillery, it is worth your time if you like great tasting bourbon.
