This place is a great mix of fresh, raw seafood and fresh cooked seafood that is chilled. We came for dungeoness and got great crabs for $12 a pound. They gave us three big ones and four medium ones that were already cooked but fresh and on ice. We took them home and warmed them up with a seasoned boil and they were excellent. The meat was not dry or mealy and the taste was great. We try to go here whenever in Lincoln City and it is a great option if you have a kitchen or kitchenette where you are staying.

Best Place to buy fish and shellfish
This market is great! The guy we bought fish and crab from was awesome. The crab was delicious and the Ling Cod was right off the boat. Excellent quality.

Gorgeous dungeoness crab - and salmon jerky
We got skunked on crabbing (well, skunked on anything we could take home to cook), but my wife used to live in the area and said from the beginning of the day that we eat what we catch or we eat Barnacle Bill's. We stopped in here and they had big, beautiful crabs and were willing to clean them for us, so we really just had to go home and boil them up and get some bread and butter ready. We also got some great salmon jerky that was really tasty. This place has been here forever, and there is a reason for that.

My wife and I were there last spring. I lived in Depoe bay Oregon many years. I fished the Siltetz river for Chinook Salmon for years. I live in Texas for the last 13 years. My wife and I bought around $300.00 worth of seafood fresh smoked salmon and tuna. I bought 4 packages of smoked salmon that are sealed. We got back to Texas. Ha d some friends over to try the salmon from Barnicle Bills. All of it was great but the sealed smoked salmon . Horrible bad taste I have opened 3 packs now and all bad. I have one left and i would like to send it back for them to try it. Also very embarassing. The pack says made 2010. Exp.04-05-25. $85.00 worth of smoked salmon and its all bad. I can't get a hold of them to let them know.

Requested three large crabs, which I received, however they were previously frozen, no flavor and not fresh even though December/January is the best crabbing season? Tons of Crab Boats out in the ocean. I’ve been going to Barnicle Bills for over 30 yrs, always fresh? Smoked Salmon was great as was the Shrimp Meat. Disappointed!!
