Excellent breakfast-very large portions
Three of us had very flavorful, extremely generous sized omelettes here. They were served with freshly made biscuits. Coffee was fine. Service was excellent. There was a small wait when we arrived (on a Saturday morning), but service was efficient and the tables turned over pretty quickly. There is lots of street parking.

Great Corvallis breakfast
Food and service are top notch. Both the Spanish and Veggie Omlette were fantastic. Hash browns good. One hash brown had onions and cheese and it seemed too soggy, I would stick with plain hash browns crispy. So many other options to try as well. If downtown, don't miss this place.

Yes please! Great brekkie food!!
Wow. Sums it up in one word. Great food and service. The 3rd St scramble is fabulous. They serve lemonade in a Mason jar!! Note that credit cards will carry a surcharge. Which works for me so they can do business at this level.

Very rude waitress. I think it was the owner
The food was really good. The service was fast. The waitress was demeaning and rude. We were charged for two bottles of wine but only had one. She was upset that she had to redo the bill. The menu price for a bottle of Champagne with juice was 35 dollars. We were charged 50 dollars. The waitress said I'll fix it this time but the menu is wrong this juice is expensive. I'm only asking to be charged what the menu says. That isn't my fault. I was asked if I wanted syrup with my waffle then charged 2 dollars for it. When I asked I was told that it's really expensive and they pay 14 dollars for a small bottle of it. She began to grab the ticket out of my hand and sat at the table and demanded we look at the menu and see that we were wrong. It was very odd and confrontational. I will never return. You shouldn't either.

Petty tyrant manager told us it was against the law to give our service dog water.
Went to wisecracks for a birthday brunch. We were seated with our registered service dog, and looking foward to eggs Benedict and a good brunch. What we got was a petty tyrant in the form of a manager or owner who thought she needed to alert us that according to the health code law a service dog can’t have any water or food in the restaurant. We got up and left. Not only is this factually inaccurate, but she did it for no reason at all except to be a petty tyrant and ruin the whole experience of going out for a birthday dinner. She tried to tell us to stay while also reminding us its against the law for us to give our service dog water. We got up, said nothing and left. Who needs to have their money and time wasted on the negative energy of one manager who is clueless about health code laws and ADA laws. ( I included the laws of service dog. ) We we’re out of the way. The bowl was out of the way, we didn’t ask for water, or expect any accommodation for our service dog. We only expected the same courtesy as you would give any other customer. Hard enough to get out and enjoy life while navigating a disability on its own. Then you have people like this manager who go out of their way to make it even harder.
