We showed up for lunch, ordered 1/2 #19 and full sandwich special and 2 med drinks. Bill was $31. We were totally disappointed with the sandwiches! There was literally one slice of cheese and one slice of meat! Are u kidding me! $31 dollars and they put one slice of cheese and one slice of meat! Wow We will not be going back!
Customer service was terrible. The girls were rude and talking about nasty the other teenage girls that were eating in the establishment.
Having enjoyed this restaurant a couple years ago, I returned with friends during a road trip and was not disappointed. The food was fresh and tasty, prepared after ordering. My friend really enjoyed the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The restaurant was clean & there was a steady stream of local customers. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I recommend this place if you want sandwiches in Hermiston.
Philly was not true to form, but still tasty. Meatball sub was good. Hamburgers kinda average though.
the last 2 times I have called, all I get is a rude snotty little employee who has no manners , act like its an inconvenience to take my order, Cindy needs to have a come to Jesus meeting with her staff , and get it together and teach them some people skills and manners, or get new ones who actually like their job, I am very disappointed in this establishment, I love their food, but the rudeness is not worth it, I will go some where else until they get new NICE FRIENDLY STAFF.....
