We used to go to The Haul often to visit family when in southern Oregon. Unfortunately our last visit did not go well. Five of six orders came out wrong. The computer at the counter had a touch-screen corner that wouldn’t work and clearly impacted our order. Waitstaff was annoyed with us for requesting our orders to be corrected and refused to help, to say the least. He was very rude. Shoulder length blond greasy hair. We don’t plan to go back again even though this place should be a win. This was the worse restaurant experience I have ever had, and I eat out often.

The best pizza in town, hands down! Everyone loves it. Love that I can order online and pick up on the way home. To-go salad was generous portion and dressing on the side so it didn’t wilt. Nice touch.

Never again
burnt pizza. Poor service. We will not be back. All around we unfortunately found this place to be lacking. Very disappointing being on the road and have a crappy experience. They could do WAY better.

We are locals and ate here for the second time to see if things had improved, but they did not. First of all, you have to go to a counter, get your own menu, to order your food and drinks and then when paying for them, you are asked to give a tip. If I have to go to a counter to order my food and then have no service. The staff seemed more interested in their phones and friends than any customers there. The server didn't even tell us of any specials as their menu is somewhat limited. After our food arrived, we saw the special board and would have preferred to have one of those items. Too late. Basically, this is a grab and go type restaurant. No waitress, no check up on our food, etc. etc. Maybe they are relying on the night time crowd of younger people. Couldn't taste any alcohol in the 2 drinks we ordered so we did not order any more. We will not return.

Serve yourself and burnt food
This is almost a self-serve restaurant. Walk up to place order, carry your own beverages and table number back to table. Serve yourself water... after having to dig in an ice tub. Pizza arrived - burned. The crust was inedible, but the middle was good. We will not be back.
