The Taphouse has consistently provided excellent food, beer, bartenders and pub-grub atmosphere since first going there shortly after it opened. It's been my favorite 'go to' place on the Coast ever since Sam was bartender - if not before. Jeff's 'smoked brisket sandwich' is *excellent* and Sam, Lucy, Tina and Michaela have always been exceptional behind the bar. Love the Taphouse at Nye Creek! ~ John Robbins

Cosy Taphouse showing sports on big projector. Staff really friendly and attentive. Not fine dining but exactly what you would expect. I had a lovely cocktail and the macaroni cheese was really good too, very generous portion! There was an also a vegan burger for my partner.

Good Pizza
Nye Beach is a little eclectic, somewhat yuppy area in Newport. We drove and found a very convenient parking space, then decided where to eat. Nearby was The Taphouse at Nye Creek. Why not? The place is a big warehouse place with tables and booths in the middle and sides. We sat at a booth and shared a dinner salad and combination pizza. The salad was good with strange lettuce, avocado slices, slivered almonds and marinated onions. Good. The pizza was especially good. Loved the crust. Eddie our server was most attentive. Didn’t chat much but made sure we were taken care of.

Tap House= Yummy goid
Yummy pizza! We ordered the combo pizza and it was very yummy. We had a couple drinks. The wait staff was friendly and we were seated and served promptly. We will definitely be going back.

Wood fired pepperoni pizza, looked good but when we picked up our first pieces orange grease from the pepperoni covered the tray it was on. We grabbed some napkins and blotted the bottom of all 8 pieces. The napkins were soaked but the pizza was somewhat saved. Outer crust was good but not sure who would eat that much grease.
