Good flavor, good value. Loved the pulled pork
This is a drive through bbq sandwich shop, effectively. There are about 6-7 picnic tables if you want to park and eat there but 90% of the customers were taking their food to go. Cheerful and attractive paint job. Now for the food - it is a GREAT value. Reasonable sized pulled pork sandwich, generously sauced for $10. Two sides were $1 each. We both had baked beans and I had the cole slaw and husband the cornbread. Plenty of food for $12 If you want a quick bite but are tired of chain hamburgers, this is a good value. There was a steady stream of cars pulling through so it clearly has a following in town. Nice stop on the way to Corvallis/Eugene or Portland.

Yummy pork sundae!
When at am impasse on what to have you try something new. Was good and enjoyed it very much. You could tell the mashed potatoes were instant. The gravy was very salty and probably not from scratch. The meats were good but not great. Haven't figured out what the big deal about tri tip is yet because as of yet we haven't had a great bbq trip tip. You could tell some of the meat had been older, it had that certain taste when it has been refrigerated over night and reheated. I am still not a fan of too much smoke flavor in my meats! Loved the baked beans and the bbq sauce. The pulled pork was tasty and the pork sundae was really really good for us. Most things were not homemade. However it is a little bitty place! The customer service was great and very friendly. You don't get a lot for the $28 dinner but you get enough. It was worth trying once!

Highly anticipated . . . disappointment
I have wanted to try this place for some time. I was given a gift certificate and was excited to try the pork sundae I've heard was "the bomb." I finally got to try one and I'd rather actually have the bomb. What COULD be so good . . . well, wasn't. For $7.50, they sell the large one. It's supposed to be layered bbq pork, mashed potatoes, green beans (?!), and topped with a cherry tomato. What I got was a completely tasteless cherry tomato topping instant mashed potatoes (not even good ones), CANNED green beans, and pork with almost no sauce on it. It was so bad, I'm not even sure I'll use the rest of the gift certificate. It's a great idea, but the awful execution ruins it to save a few cents a serving. If I hear they've "stepped up their game," I MAY try again - yes, it was THAT bad.

Yummy pork bites
Delicious little (actually large) pork sliders. You can get them loaded with slaw and onions. A buck fifty! So good.
