Not surprised in seeing the reviews about rude staff. The Sunday staff was amazing. The girl today, the total opposite. While in the drive thru this morning, I was verbally disciplining my daughter after the girl took our order. I was in the passenger seat of our car and my daughter in the backseat. The employee had the audacity to come to her OPEN window and tell me to calm down or leave, saying she could hear me inside. Rather than close her window and mind her business, she lost this company a customer.

This is an update review. My last review was not favorable at all due to a crew who could never get our orders right. This was not a one time experience, we were trying to give them the benefit of it may have been just an off day. Well I am now happy to report that they have gotten a better crew and our orders have been perfect ever since. This is definitely a good thing because their coffee is very good. I must confess, I rate it only at very good due to the fact of having lived in Portland for 7 years and became some what of a coffee snob. For most people their coffee might rate excellent. It definitely is one of the better coffees on the coast.

They have the best coffee in town! I used to get my blended drinks from the bigger named franchise until I found that Metro Bru has hand scooped shakes and hand blended drinks. Regular customer.

Their coffee is average at best. The last time we went there they got one of our coffees wrong (blended instead of iced) and then gave us an incorrect replacement.This is not the first time this has happened, we have given them several visits just in case they were having a bad day (everyone has a bad day now and then). We will not be back.
