Worst Italian food ever!
Really looked forward to trying this restaurant. Slow service and poor food quality make it one I will not return to ever!

Amazing service and recommendations by the staff. Food was excellent and portions were what we needed. Shane was a great server and made amazing drinks !! For a small town this place this was way above our expectations. Highly recommend !!!!

Just what we wanted
We came from a wine tasting, so cold and so hungry, and so very thankful that restaurants could be open again. The atmosphere and welcome was so warm and inviting and the food was substantial and delicious. We had the tortellini and the fiery chicken and both were delicious. So happy to share their cannolis for dessert. We’re a bit far away but we will definitely come back when we are back in this wine-tasting mecca. Thank you so very much!

CHEF THINKS HE IS CHEF RAMSEY! COLD AND RUDE SERVICE. FOOD WAS BAS AS WELL!
Well, I wish I could say great things about this Ristorante. The waitress was very slow and rude. They kept running out of food. How can you run out of lasagna at a Italia Ristorante? This is just unacceptable and we wanted to just walk out of this cold atmosphere right away, but unfortunately we stuck it out. The desserts were all frozen. All the food is not freshly made by the way. The meals were cold and very bland. When we asked for more bread it took forever. The spaghetti was very spicy and over cooled noodles as well. The chef thinks he is Chef Ramsey. At least Chef Ramsey talks to his customers with respect and is friendly. He was as cold as this place. It was so expensive as well and we will never go back. I tipped way too much for what we got. Was a horrible birthday present for my daughter. Thumbs down all the way. Very rude as well. Hated this whole experience.

Can't go back- really wanted to make this one of my favorites!
Fourth time there and looking forward to it. Home made bread and good, simple Italian food. Maitre D always a bit indifferent. Ambiguous wine by the glass/bottle menu and waiter kind of made fun of me. (Me: many years in restaurant biz and service industry). Waiters too busy to spend any time at the table.Food not as good-I know Ceasar salads- I think they were using the anchovy oil instead of paste or something because it doesn't taste right. Single chef with a lot of experience does ALL cooking-impressive. At 2 waiters and one front person, they were basically overstaffed for the 4 tables. Maitre D can't even look me in the face when saying goodbye. Just sad, I can't go back and I love the place and the ambiance of the interior. I hope they read this and turn it around. Out of the way (small town), could be intimate, family style, lighthearted, I almost wanted to work there to warm the place up.
