Avoid this place unless you want fried everything. Super disappointed. One and done. The place and the food are very underwhelming.

This uswd to be a favorite lunch space. However, today is my last visit. I called in an order for one, gave it 15 min and went to pick up my food. It was busy- normal for a workday lunch time. I still waited 20 minutes for lunch. I observed the owner tell his one and only server go after a customer to pay for a soda. Then when a different customer complained about the wait and wanted his money back. The owner told him he got is order in sequence and to leave. No apologies, no grace or customer service. Then he saw the customer who drank said can of soda leave and yelled at his staff person to go get them while she was helping someone else. The server calmly told hom they paid. The owners behaviour tells me not to go there again. My lunch was ok, but not worth the effort.

So expensive!
Couldn't find a website other than their FB page. Found a menu from another site. It was an only menu, so when I got there I was charged near $9 for veggie curry. When I asked about the price I was kindly told-must have been looking at an old menu. When I got home, I was unimpressed. The curry wasn't pleasant, the veggies were peas, carrots, same colored potatoes, onions and celery. This is the 2nd time I ate there. The first time it was still expensive but at least I enjoyed my meal.

I have eaten at this restaurant countless times over the past dozen years and it is reliably good. The curry rice with chicken is my favorite, but I also like their tempura dishes.

Japanese Food at a great price
Great dinner for two. Everything was prepared fresh. Very reasonable priced, great taste, fresh vegetables. Well worth the sit down or take out visit. Great place to eat after the movie or theater.
