Very helpful staff and clean shop. Donuts are very fresh and tasty! My favorite is the crumb donuts and the glazed twists.

Had a very poor selection, especially on national donut day. Had the apple fritter which was just ok had very little apple in it. Will visit the area again this establishment not so much sadly.

Small place HUGE donuts!!!
The cinnamon roll is huge. All of the donuts are awesome. I went crazy and decided to get a variety for the family. Totally worth it.

Excellent!
These were some of the best glazed, yet light tasting, donuts that I have ever eaten. I made a point of stopping by before leaving town to take some home for family. Friendly staff and I look forward to stopping by again.

Donuts Rule
Travelling through to Florence, I was looking to stop in Coos Bay for an hour or so and didn't want to grab a sit-down breakfast with family. I searched on Yelp and found Empire Donuts, and grabbed a dozen for a family of 5. The donuts were fresh and still a little warm; my family noted the cake-donuts as exceptional; not heavy on the icing and crafted with care. We grabbed some coffee there, took the dozen box about 3 miles to the Coos Bay Boardwalk, and took in the morning action at the convenient picnic tables. We had some jealous passerbyes eyeing our lovely breakfast treats. Empire Donuts is a nice neighborhood bakery - but get there early! Our 10am visit had one Bavarian Creme left (I snagged it!) Delicious.
