I gave this 3 stars because it used to be such a great place. Really has gone downhill since last summer. Had a great staff of friendly, gracious ladies who worked hard and seemed to enjoy doing it. Haven't seen most of them in awhile; lots of new faces. They have the best Reuben in town and I was looking forward to having one. My first clue that something might not be right was when the order taker asked me if I wanted grilled onions on that. (???) Then I ordered coffee and was told they didn't have any made up. I asked if they were going make some more and she said no, they had just cleaned the machine. I asked are you closing soon and she said no, but we like to get some things out of the way so we don't have to do everything at the end of the day. Dude, it's 4:30 in the afternoon and according to your online listing you are open until 8:00 PM. The least you could do would be to make a pot to have on hand before you closed down your machine. More interested in what is convenient for them than in customer service. So sad. I really used to enjoy this place.

Stopped in for lunch because there were always cars in the parking lot. We were not disappointed. My husband had a brawny burger and I had a regular burger, we shared fries. The food was really good and the price was great.

Went back again today (been here quite a few times since the first time) it's still fantastic service was excellent and very friendly and fast burgers are great and we had the Huckelburry shake it was fantastic (you can get up to 44oz if you want)all I can say is that it's great.

Love
I have been going to this burger joint since I was little. I love it and their secret sauce is the best. You can get a family fry that is in a brown paper bag, yum! I was dismayed when I moved away and found that this is one of those little hometown places so I get it every time I return. I've never been disappointed with the service or the food. Pro-tip take some of the special sauce in the container and put it on your burger O.O

Surprised by a Great Burger
Saw this humble place a few blocks from Freddy’s. Maybe it was once a DQ. Not crowded but steady while I was there. I had a Brawny Burger with cheese, just a quarter pound. But wow it was great. Fresh soft bun. Plenty of meat and some special sauce. I got some tater tots. Vegetarians, a guy bought a grilled cheese right behind me. They have soft serve ice cream. I bet they make a good shake. Service was prompt. Much better than a corporation burger.
