A coffee shop owned and operated by Oregon Tech students with the intent to show Oregon Tech graduates that they can stay in the area and use their knowledge and potential to improve the region. Brevada Brewhouse features locally roasted coffee supplied by Gathering Grounds Roastery, another Klamath Falls establishment. The cafe serves coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch and baked goods.
