Dinner and drinks. Sliders very good and fries hot. They need to expand the menu. Very limited and hasn’t changed. Chairs are very uncomfortable.

My wife and I went out for date night looking for a new place we hadn’t tried. This was not our first attempt to eat here. The first time the entire restaurant was closed for a private party, no problem, we went elsewhere. This time we were greeted by a young lady and seated right away. She told us your server will be right with you. We took our seats and as my wife began looking at the menu, I scanned the room. The restaurant was not very busy as it was after the dinner rush. There were a number of empty tables and one tall table in the middle still needed bussed. It appeared there were at least two servers, one of them taking orders at a table of 6, and a couple of bartenders. I then turned to the menu and found a couple of options for dinner and a brew that sounded tasty. My wife and I took to conversation as we sat looking across the restaurant. 10 minutes later, still with no contact from a server, I watch the server that was taking orders from the table of six finish up and proceed to put the orders in. She then turns to the other server standing near the end of the bar looking in our direction, has a discussion and heads our way. As she walks our direction looking at our table she stops at the table beside ours, which has an older couple who had their food when we sat down and asks how’s everything tasting. At this point, I thought she would proceed to our table. Ohh boy was I wrong, she then proceeded to carry on a 5 minute conversation with the couple about where they were from, where she was from, how she loves this area and her life story… she the asks them if they needed anything else and the couple orders two more beers. She then turns, without ever acknowledging our table, and proceeds back toward the bar. At this point, we had been seated for well over 15 minutes and not a single contact from a server! My wife and I decided that this place is not for us and left the restaurant, again finding another. If you are looking for a place with horrible service to its clientele then this one’s for you! I can assure you I will not try it again!

Wife made a reservation for 14 upstairs for my 50th and ultimately got more RSVP last minute. Sunriver staff got us dialed with the bar top alongside our tables and then another long table when other guests left. Our server Kendra was top notch. For such a large party and other tables of guests, Kendra kept everyone full and hydrated. The “basic” Mac N Cheese (spice adverse guy here so no buffalo) with bacon was incredible. Thank you Sunriver. I’m a bit critical at times and there isn’t even something tiny we could nitpick. Good bday.

Like the place but today I just bought 2 burgers at 22 bucks each, I know inflation has hit hard but seems like 22 bucks is a little pricey for a burger. Burger was good though so then there’s that 🤷♂️🤣

Unacceptably poor service
Grossly disappointed in the service as I suspect our waitress forgot to put our order in for the main meal. Our drinks and appetizer arrived in short order but 45 minutes later, our main meal had not. When I questioned the waitress (the tables being mainly empty now and parties arriving after us having their food delivered) she said that a "large party" had backed up the kitchen (this large party she was referring to was nowhere within sight). When I said we could not wait any longer and would pay for the drinks she said, "okay, sorry" instead of saying our food would be out momentarily. We went home hungry. Totally unacceptable! Robert
