Golden Valley is dedicated to providing fresh handcrafted food, beer, and local wines since 1993. Menu items are made in house using fresh local ingredients. We serve our own all natural Angus Beef, tender raised with spring fed pastures and brewery grain on our family ranch. Extensive menu includes specialty sandwiches & burgers, fresh salads, pastas, seafood, and incredible steaks. Ten beers, full bar, full menu all day. Seating options include: banquet facility, outdoor beer garden, dining room, pub, & game room.

Small patio but was sweet, great service and friendly. Food was really good, burgers are from local sourced beef and were delicious. Wings were a good choice on appetizer and get the onion rings, very crispy light batter!

We shared the meatloaf dinner since we had seen it served at a nearby table. The portion was comfortable to enjoy for a light lunch. The sides were delicious. Our server Leonna was efficient.

I was here in May too and the beet salad had radishes instead of beats, the waitress gave me lemonade when I asked for a diet Pepsi and my salad had the chicken missing. When I asked for chicken she came back with a plate of cubed store bought chicken and dumbed it my plate. It was like I was being treated like a dog! We decided to try it again yesterday, July 8th. The waitress didn't bring me bread with my salad like we usually get, she never refilled our water. My salad looks like someone made it with no care at all. The chicken was nearly burnt. When she gave us the bill she never said have a nice. She just left. In April of this year it was so different, the food and service were so good ..we went back every week. What happened between May and now that it's gone down hill? Disappointing because it's a nice grill, very charming inside and so close to my home. Also there is easy parking but that's all I can say good about it now. My husband's crispy chicken salad was awful. He couldn't finish it. I hope it improves.

Oysters
Sat on the patio and enjoyed a lovely dinner with friends. The food was delish but what stands out the most was the clam chowder and THE OYSTERS! Best oysters I have ever had!

Abide average pub grub
If you be are in McMinnville, Oregon and want some above average club grub ( with excellent service) the GVB is your place. The food is creative and the atmosphere is inviting. Recommended.,
