When the first local strawberries arrive in late May, E.Z Orchards starts slicing. Their famous shortcakes start with a fresh shortcake or biscuit, then adding a generous scoop of premium French vanilla ice cream, a heaping serving of fresh local berries, and finished off with fresh whipped cream. In July try the Mixed-Berry shortcake featuring Marionberries, Raspberries and Blueberries. August brings the mouth-watering favorite – Peach shortcake, Peaches from our Orchard. Located on the outskirts of Salem in the heart of the Willamette Valley region of Oregon.
