Employee ruined my experience

Gross treatment from the dark-haired lady at the lobby bar. She tried banning me because she thought my ID was invalid & was super rude about it (I had 4 other employees check it throughout my stay and no one had a problem with it, I even joined their club with it) So they need to get their employees on the same page and teach her specifically customer service skills

Sadly this Hotel & Casino have gone downhill

We used our comp for a "free" hotel room which is awesome. However we chose to cancel our night and drive the 3 hours back home after looking at our room. It was stuffy smelled musty and not very clean. We grabbed some food at the food court. food was alright & the staff at the food court were great! The slot machines were stingy tight. We won't be making a trip back any time soon.

Just ok

RV Park was so so…not sure if it’s worth the drive down. Casino very tight, although being smoke free made it a pleasant experience. Food service was excellent, food was average. Overall it’s just ok. Would I recommend? If you’re driving through the area might be worth a stop but wouldn’t go out of my way to go there.

Beyond Gross

Placed in the courtyard room. The "courtyard" was a filthy tar/rock lot. As for the rooms? Just nasty. The microwave and tiny refrigerator were stacked on a dirty ottoman. The inside door leading to the adjoining room had no lock! The drapes, bedspread/bedding, and mattress severely outdated. Whatever you do, don't take room 103 or 105. The rooms are severely old and outdated. Would NEVER stay here again.

Kids birthday party

Food was great first off the staff for the bowling area not so much, I’ve been here many times to gamble and stay.They weren’t ready for the party on time 35 minutes late, but wasn’t late to tell us it was over, also when we went to open presents they threw our drinks away and the boba and alcohol are on the expensive side so 70.00 wasted not happy with the experience. Kids had fun. Place was clean. Got food at food court was good as always.
